Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Configuration Manager to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

• Lead and support one or more customer projects with configuration management, ensuring effective planning, development, production, delivery, and modifications of products.
• Maintain complete, updated, and traceable product data throughout the product lifecycle within the configuration management system.
• Ensure compliance with industry requirements for safety-critical products through structured and organized data management.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including manufacturing, product development, customers, and suppliers, to ensure alignment on product data.
• Work within controlled processes while proactively addressing new challenges and finding effective solutions.

What You Bring:

• Academic bachelor’s degree, university studies, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written (this is essential for the role).
• Experience in configuration management or quality assurance.
• Proficiency in PLM tools such as SAP and/or Teamcenter.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite.
• A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to varying challenges in a structured and process-driven environment.
• Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative team with exciting and advanced products that make a difference.
